The TomTom mobile app lets you use TomTom GPS navigation on your smartphone.

The core of the app is TomTom’s patented mapping and routing intelligence-- no mobile signal or data plan is required to browse your map and navigate to your destination, and only TomTom evaluates routes based on actual traffic speeds rather than posted speed limits. It recommends the fastest route based on the time of the day, taking into account rush hour, traffic lights… even shopping crowds.
