Xplanet and Flamory

Flamory provides the following integration abilities:

Create and use window snapshots for Xplanet
Take and edit Xplanet screenshots
Automatically copy selected text from Xplanet and save it to Flamory history

Screenshot editing

Flamory helps you capture and store screenshots from Xplanet by pressing a single hotkey. It will be saved to a history, so you can continue doing your tasks without interruptions. Later, you can edit the screenshot: crop, resize, add labels and highlights. After that, you can paste the screenshot into any other document or e-mail message.

Xplanet is free software, distributed according to the terms of the GNU General Public License.

I've compiled and run Xplanet successfully on i386 GNU/Linux systems, Sparc Solaris, FreeBSD, and Microsoft Windows under the Cygwin environment. Xplanet runs under Darwin and X windows as well as under Mac OS X with Aqua.
