darcs logo darcs and Flamory

Flamory provides the following integration abilities:

  • Create and use window snapshots for darcs
  • Take and edit darcs screenshots
  • Automatically copy selected text from darcs and save it to Flamory history

To automate your day-to-day darcs tasks, use the Nekton automation platform. Describe your workflow in plain language, and get it automated using AI.

Screenshot editing

Flamory helps you capture and store screenshots from darcs by pressing a single hotkey. It will be saved to a history, so you can continue doing your tasks without interruptions. Later, you can edit the screenshot: crop, resize, add labels and highlights. After that, you can paste the screenshot into any other document or e-mail message.

Application info

Darcs is an advanced revision control system, for source code or other files. It is fully distributed, and supports lazy fetching of the remote repository (fetching only what is needed at the time, rather than all history). It works best with text files, but it can also store binary files.

Darcs is a free, open source source code management system.

Distributed

Every user has access to the full command set, removing boundaries between server and client or committer and non-committers.

Interactive

Darcs is easy to learn and efficient to use because it asks you questions in response to simple commands, giving you choices in your work flow. You can choose to record one change in a file, while ignoring another. As you update from upstream, you can review each patch name, even the full "diff" for interesting patches.

Smart

Originally developed by physicist David Roundy, darcs is based on a unique algebra of patches. This smartness lets you respond to changing demands in ways that would otherwise not be possible. For example, learn about spontaneous branches with darcs.

Integration level may vary depending on the application version and other factors. Make sure that user are using recent version of darcs. Please contact us if you have different integration experience.
