Unbound and Flamory

Flamory provides the following integration abilities:

Create and use window snapshots for Unbound
Take and edit Unbound screenshots
Automatically copy selected text from Unbound and save it to Flamory history

Screenshot editing

Flamory helps you capture and store screenshots from Unbound by pressing a single hotkey. It will be saved to a history, so you can continue doing your tasks without interruptions. Later, you can edit the screenshot: crop, resize, add labels and highlights. After that, you can paste the screenshot into any other document or e-mail message.

Unbound is a validating, recursive, and caching DNS resolver.

The C implementation of Unbound is developed and maintained by NLnet Labs. It is based on ideas and algorithms taken from a java prototype developed by Verisign labs, Nominet, Kirei and ep.net.

Unbound is designed as a set of modular components, so that also DNSSEC (secure DNS) validation and stub-resolvers (that do not run as a server, but are linked into an application) are easily possible.

Integration level may vary depending on the application version and other factors. Make sure that user are using recent version of Unbound. Please contact us if you have different integration experience.
